Property and Cancellation Policies :
1. Payment of the balance amount is necessary at the time of check-in. If for some reason checked-in guest wants to shorten their stay we charge 20% of the total charge.
2. Any modification request will not be entertained if not intimated 7 days prior to the arrival.
3. Where the Guest has been offered a discounted rate/Group rate then the Booking becomes non-refundable even upon cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
1. Unless otherwise agreed by Himalayan Bunker, the charges only cover the provision of accommodation at the Hostel and the Guest may incur additional charges including, without limitation, charges for meals etc.
2. When booking beds in a shared room, Himalayan Bunker will attempt to put people on the same booking in the same room, however, this cannot be guaranteed
3. The credit/debit card payment methods may be accepted when booking online by Himalayan Bunker. However only cash is accepted if the Guest is paying in person at the Hostel.
4. Valid photo identification in the form of a Driver License, Aadhar Card (Indian) or Passport (foreigners) is required at check-in.
